It’s a small group training format where each session includes up to eight women. You’ll receive individual attention and customized workouts led by certified coaches — all in a supportive environment designed to empower you.
Semi-private personal training provides more personalized coaching and strength-focused workouts, while group fitness (TEAM training) offers larger, high-energy sessions focused on cardio and metabolic conditioning. Many members combine both for the best results. We want to give our members a cardio option, so we actually include TEAM training at no extra cost once you’re in our semi private training program!

Absolutely. Many clients love the variety and results they get by combining semi-private personal training with our TEAM-style group classes. It’s the best of both worlds — strength and cardio training in one membership.
You can easily reserve your training spot through our W3Body member app. Choose your preferred schedule and manage all your bookings in one place. Need to cancel your session? No problem! We just ask for a 2 hour notice where you can cancel right on the app and choose another time.
